Medical home visit with breathtaking methods

Alice, the patient, is lying ill in bed when the young doctor, Dr Lolicoon, arrives for a home visit. Alice complains of breathing difficulties. The doctor takes out her stethoscope and checks her heartbeat. She then looks into her nostrils and inserts a cotton bud into her nose. Alice becomes suspicious when the doctor covers her nose and mouth. She struggles, but Lolicoon does not give in and even ties her up. She lays the patient on her back and continues to cover her mouth and nose. How will it end?
