What payment methods are available?

You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, instant bank transfer, credit card (Master/Visa) and Paysafecard. You can find out where you can get a Paysafecard here.

Do I have to take out a subscription?

A subscription is only available for a star's feed - there you can choose between a one-time 1-month membership or an ongoing subscription. The subscription is automatically renewed, but can be canceled at any time - by sending an email to [email protected] or via the cancel button in your account under My purchases. Everything else such as private content, cams, tips and messages is a one-off payment - without a subscription.

Can I watch the purchased content as often as I like?

Yes, you can go into your account at any time and view your purchased content. The content remains available even if the star later removes it from sale or deletes their profile.

Do I have to verify my age for FSK 18 content?

Yes, you can only view all content from the age of 18 if you confirm your age after the purchase. There are various recognized identification procedures available to you for this purpose, which you can select directly after the purchase. Age verification is free and anonymous.

Can I take screenshots or save content?

No, screenshots and the downloading of content are not permitted. The content is intended exclusively for your personal use. Sharing is prohibited and may lead to your account being permanently blocked.

Can anyone see what I bought here?

No. Your purchases are only visible to you and your e-mail address is only used for identification and - if you have agreed to this - notification of exciting news.

Can I top up my account with credit?

Yes, you can top up your customer account with credit and use it for all offers on fanseven. This does not apply to subscriptions that require a credit card. You can view your current credit balance in your account at any time. A repayment of topped-up credit is excluded.

Do I have a right of withdrawal after the purchase?

In principle, there is a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. As all offers on fanseven are, without exception, digital content that is made available immediately after purchase, you actively waive your right of withdrawal at the time of purchase. This waiver will be displayed to you before the purchase and must be confirmed by you.

What happens if a payment cannot be collected?

If a payment cannot be collected, e.g. due to insufficient funds in your account, your access to the account or the purchased content will be blocked. Your contract will continue to run. The block will be lifted as soon as the outstanding amounts plus any applicable fees have been paid.

How much do I earn as a star on fanseven?

Unless otherwise agreed, you will receive 60% of the net sales revenue for purchases generated by your self-referred users. If a webmaster has referred the user, their share will be deducted from your proceeds.

How and when can I have my credit paid out?

You can request a payout in your account at fanseven.com/me. The payout is possible every 14 days, provided your balance is at least €50. The payout is usually made 5 working days after the request. A fully completed and verified profile is required.

Will my commissions expire at some point?

Yes, commissions are available for payment for 365 days from the time they are assigned to your account. After 365 days, the commission expires and can no longer be paid out.

What am I allowed to upload to fanseven and what not?

The uploaded content may only show you as a verified star. If other people are visible, they must be confirmed to the company in advance by means of an ID shot and a declaration of consent. Content with minors, animals, depictions of violence, blood, injuries and all legally prohibited content is prohibited.

Can I subsequently remove content from the sale?

Yes, you can remove or delete content from the sale at any time. It will then no longer be offered for sale. However, content already purchased by users will still be available to them after deletion.

Can I advertise other platforms on fanseven?

No, it is forbidden to advertise other platforms on fanseven or to poach users from there. Only links via the fan7.me link collection are permitted. Violations will be punished with a contractual penalty of €500 per violation and may lead to your account being blocked.

Can I offer real meetings via fanseven?

No, offering or arranging real meetings and accepting payments for such meetings via fanseven is expressly prohibited.

How do I terminate my contract as a star?

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time without notice and without giving reasons. Notice of termination must be given in text form - an e-mail is sufficient.

How does invoicing and taxation work?

The company issues credit notes (invoices) on your behalf in accordance with your specified status - small business with reverse charge or company subject to VAT. These credit notes will be sent to you.

Can I create several Star profiles?

No, only one Star profile may be created per person. Creating multiple profiles with the same identity will be considered an attempt to deceive and will result in the immediate and permanent blocking of all profiles.

How can I change my bank details?

Send us an e-mail to [email protected] with your new bank details. We will then update them for you.

Can I have my credit paid out to a friend's account?

No, the payout will only be made to your own account. We check this and reject payouts to third-party accounts.

How do I delete my Star account?

Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your account deletion request. We will then take care of it.

My content has been leaked - what can I do?

Report the incident immediately to [email protected] and we will help you remove it. We also recommend the service of leakshield.io, which specializes in the professional removal of leaked content.

Can I arrange payments via PayPal or other services in the chat?

No, under no circumstances. Arranging payments outside of fanseven is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of your account and a contractual penalty.

Can I sell items such as panties or similar in the chat?

No, the sale of physical items via fanseven is not permitted - with no exceptions.
