Which payment methods are available?
You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal, instant bank transfer (Tink), credit card (Master/Visa) and Paysafecard.
Do I have to take out a subscription?
A subscription only exists for a star's feed – there you can choose between a one-time 1-month membership or a recurring subscription. The subscription renews automatically but can be cancelled at any time – by e-mail to [email protected] or via the cancellation button in your account under “My purchases”. Everything else such as private content, cams, tips and messages works via one-time payment – completely without a subscription.
Can I view the purchased content as often as I want?
Yes, you can go to your account at any time and view your purchased content. The content remains available even if the star later removes it from sale. However, if the star deletes their account, your access remains for 12 months from the account deletion – after that, the purchase expires. For purchases from stars whose account was deleted before August 3, 2026, you keep access until August 3, 2027.
Do I have to verify my age for 18+ content?
Yes, all content for ages 18 and over can only be viewed if you confirm your age after purchase. Various recognized identification procedures are available, which you can select directly after purchase. Age verification is free and anonymous.
May I take screenshots or save content?
No, screenshots and downloading content are not permitted. The content is intended exclusively for your personal use. Sharing is prohibited and can lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
Can anyone see what I have purchased here?
No. Your purchases are visible only to you, and your e-mail address is used only for identification and – if you have consented – to notify you about exciting news.
Can I top up my account with credit?
Yes, you can top up your customer account with credit and use it for all offers on fanseven. Subscriptions that require a credit card are excluded. You can view your current credit balance in your account at any time. A refund of topped-up credit is excluded.
Do I have a right of withdrawal after purchase?
In principle there is a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Since all offers on fanseven are, without exception, digital content that is made available immediately after purchase, you actively waive your right of withdrawal at the time of purchase. This waiver is shown to you before the purchase and must be confirmed by you.
What happens if a payment cannot be collected?
If a payment cannot be collected, e.g. due to insufficient funds, your access to the account or to the purchased content will be blocked. Your contract continues. The block is lifted as soon as the outstanding amounts plus any fees incurred have been settled.

How much do I earn as a star on fanseven?
Unless otherwise agreed, you receive 60% of the net sales proceeds for purchases generated through users you referred yourself. If a webmaster referred the user, their share is deducted from your proceeds.
How and when can I withdraw my balance?
You can request a payout in your account at fanseven.com/me. A payout is possible every 14 days, provided your balance is at least €50. Payout usually takes place 5 working days after the request. A fully completed and verified profile is required.
Do my commissions expire at some point?
Yes, commissions are available for payout for 365 days from the time they are assigned to your account. After 365 days the commission expires and can no longer be paid out.
What may I upload to fanseven and what not?
The uploaded content may only show you as a verified star. If other people are visible, they must be confirmed in advance with the company via ID shot and consent form. Prohibited content includes, among other things, content with minors, animals, depictions of violence, blood, injuries, and all content prohibited by law.
Can I withdraw content from sale afterwards?
Yes, you can withdraw or delete content from sale at any time. It will then no longer be offered for purchase. However, content already purchased by users remains available to them even after deletion. If you delete your entire account, buyers retain access to their purchases for 12 months from the account deletion – after that, access expires.
May I advertise other platforms on fanseven?
No, it is prohibited to advertise other platforms on fanseven or to poach users to them. Only links via the link collection fan7.me are permitted. Violations are punished with a contractual penalty of €500 per violation and can lead to the suspension of your account.
May I offer real-life meetings via fanseven?
No, offering or arranging real-life meetings as well as accepting payments for such meetings via fanseven is expressly prohibited.
How do I terminate my contract as a star?
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time without notice and without giving reasons. The termination must be in text form – an e-mail is sufficient.
How does invoicing and taxation work?
The company issues credit notes (invoices) on your behalf according to your stated status – small business with reverse charge or VAT-liable business. These credit notes are sent to you.
Can I create multiple star profiles?
No, only one star profile may be created per person. Creating multiple profiles with the same identity is considered an attempt at deception and leads to the immediate and permanent suspension of all profiles.
How can I change my bank details?
Send us an e-mail to [email protected] with your new bank details. We will then update them for you.
May I have my balance paid out to a friend's account?
No, payout is made exclusively to your own account. We check this and reject payouts to third-party accounts.
How do I delete my star account?
Send an e-mail to [email protected] with your request to delete the account. We will then take care of it.
My content was leaked – what can I do?
Report the incident immediately to [email protected] and we will help you with removal. In addition, we recommend the service of leakshield.io, which specializes in the professional removal of leaked content.
May I arrange payments via PayPal or other services in chat?
No, under no circumstances. Arranging payments outside of fanseven is strictly prohibited and leads to the immediate suspension of your account as well as a contractual penalty.

No, the sale of physical items via fanseven is not permitted – without exception.
