exam Novas nose and breath

Nova goes to see Doctor Lolicoon. She’s having trouble with her nose. Lolicoon examines her and pins her nostrils shut. Nova is struggling to breathe. The sadistic doctor also covers her mouth. She ties her to the gynaecological chair with gauze bandages and covers Nova’s nose and mouth. As she does so, she rolls her eyes. Lolicoon sits on top of Nova and kisses her whilst holding her nose shut.
