Just because I don't deliver the best performance in accounting is no reason to fire me, is it? After all, my strengths lie in completely different areas ;) The customer contact and personal well-being of the employees is especially important to me and therefore my company-internal nickname SSS. My colleagues are all enthusiastic about me. I'd rather not tell you about the last Christmas party ;) But the boss still had to be convinced... But I think there are some cool arguments that nobody can resist. Or would you have thrown me out in his place? =) Be honest :P
