A blue bikini at the outdoor pool. Underwater, everything becomes even more obvious – my tummy, bum and thighs. That’s exactly the sort of public moment I like.

I’m a single mum and I was at the public outdoor swimming pool with my teenager. It was actually a perfectly normal family day out – and I was just wearing my blue bikini. Underwater, everything feels tighter and more intimate. The blue fabric stretches over my soft tummy, slides down my thick thighs and fits snugly over my bum. I deliberately stayed deep in the water, holding on to the pool noodle, and let myself be filmed from below. From the front, you can see my round tummy and how the bikini bottoms dig into my skin. From the side and from behind, my bum is really emphasised. The water makes my skin glisten; the waves move the fabric and reveal more than you’d notice from above the surface. My teenager is nearby, other bathers are swimming past – and yet, beneath the water’s surface, I’m showing exactly what I want to show: Plump curves, soft contours, a skimpy blue bikini and zero restraint.
