The end… The year’s final breath. And I decide how you’ll see it out. Whilst others raise their glasses and whisper wishes, I stand firm. In control. Alert. Fully present right up to the very last minute. Perhaps you’re sitting somewhere tonight. All dressed up. Too well-behaved. Or alone, with thoughts louder than the fireworks outside. You hear the crackling and, at the same time, feel that other kind of tension. The one that isn’t in the air, but deeper down. The countdown is on. And with every second, I let go of what no longer serves me. Disobedience. Half-measures. Excuses. Everything stays behind in the old year. The slide into the New Year? No stumbling. No slipping. But a conscious gliding across, under control. Under guidance. With that quiet knowing in your gut that things change when you let yourself be guided. New Year’s Eve is not an end. It’s a moment when roles become clear. Who has long since knelt inwardly. Who observes. And who leads. Clink glasses. Breathe in. And ask yourself calmly: How do you want to step into the New Year … freely? Or guided? I know my answer. 🫵🏼 Happy New Year
