My room is full of books and lately I have nowhere to put them. I love classic literature, intellectual detective stories and sometimes I read fantasy. I choose books intuitively, but I pick movies rationally, since my second degree is directing. My personal top 3 are: 1. "Cold war" by Paweł Pawlikowski; 2. "Love" by Gaspar Noé; 3. "Autumn sonata" by Ingmar Bergman. In general, I'm into drama/tragedy genres. And I don't like superhero movies at all. I don't like bad book adaptations even more. I set myself a challenge: I want to watch all 8 film adaptations of "Lady Chatterley's lover" and decide which one captures the mood of the book the most accurately. So far I've watched three movies and the 2022 film adaptation is currently in the lead, but I sincerely hope it's not the best. I also adore oriental poets like Rumi and Mahmoud Dervish. And I'm a fan of Sylvia Plath, Dan Brown, and Andrzej Sapkowski. In general, I spend most of my life outside the site reading or watching movies. What do you want to confess, my dear subscriber? P.S.
