I heard a theory that high heels are popular because -- in addition to making the legs appear longer -- they alter the natural position of the foot, and to maintain balance while wearing high heels, women often lean forward, causing them to arch their backs more. As a result, the ass sticks out more, adding to the overall curvature of the figure. That said, I actually prefer to wear sneakers and most of my high heels are reserved for photo shoots and extremely naughty videos (of which I have over 1,000) 😈
