What a pain in the arse that landlord is!

I’ve got an appointment with my landlord today. We don’t exactly get on that well. The neighbours have apparently complained quite a few times that I’m too loud… and I reckon he’d quite like to get me out of this flat and is just trying to wind me up with that rent increase he’s announced… But not with me! At today’s meeting, I’m just going to turn his head so much that he’ll change his mind! I’ll put on a see-through bodysuit and high heels and show him exactly why I’m always so loud...! I’d say that’s changed his mind, wouldn’t it? What do you reckon? ;)
