Lolicoon comes to see Doctor Alice. She has problems with her nose. Alice examines her and holds her nostrils shut. Lolicoon has trouble breathing. The sadistic doctor also covers her mouth and puts a clamp on her patient's nose. She ties her to a chair with cable ties and holds Lolicoon's nose and mouth shut. She rolls her eyes.
