Exploited by the landlord! Renewing the lease? Only with something in return!

Wow!!! I never expected that from my landlord. He'd called, under the pretext of needing to inspect the apartment again to make sure everything was alright. No problem, I thought, so we made an appointment. He also wanted to talk about extending my lease, as it turned out. But the conversation went shockingly differently than expected!!! He thought I was hot and was really into me. Is a landlord even allowed to say something like that to his tenant? He wanted me to do him a little "favor" to get what I wanted... right there on the table...
