I have my weekly personal trainer visit again and he has of course picked out special exercises for me. This time it's a pelvic exercise, specially designed for my pelvic muscles. My leggings, on the other hand, are unzipped in the right place, which is very helpful for this exercise. I hope you can see that sport can also be fun. The trainer also keeps himself fit. The change of position we practiced also stretches the muscles even further to make them more elastic for further exercise sessions. In future, he will certainly take other exercises from our specialist literature, the Kama Sutra. Of course, the last relaxing exercise is 'the deflated sack', which he is allowed to do on my leggings. I'm already looking forward to next week. Let's see what awesome exercises he has prepared for me next week.
