How does the Meet & Greet work?
Enter, get your drinks, arrive relaxed - and then: just talk to your stars. Take photos, enjoy the flying buffet or get your personal selfie signed from the photo booth. Everything is loosely organized so that there is enough time for real moments.
What do I need to bring to admission?
Your ticket (digital on your smartphone) and an official photo ID. Admission is only possible from the age of 18.
Can I cancel or return my ticket?
No. There is no refund. Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned - even in the event of a no-show or for personal reasons.
Can I bring an accompanying person?
One ticket can be purchased per purchase. Accompanying persons require their own ticket and must also meet all admission requirements.
Is the desired star guaranteed?
No, this is just a help for us in planning. No specific stars can be guaranteed.
Can I take photos or videos?
Official photos and photo box are planned. Private photos are permitted, depending on the program. As a general rule: No photos without the consent of the stars and other persons. Be a gentleman.
What happens if there is a change of date or location?
If there are any changes, we will inform you by e-mail or via your user account if possible. Please check your messages regularly.
Where does the event take place?
The Fans in Heaven event takes place in an exclusive event location between Frankfurt and Darmstadt. You will receive the exact address in good time before the event. Sufficient parking spaces are available.
Can I touch the stars or do more?
No - absolutely forbidden. The rule is: look yes, touch no. Be respectful, friendly and show your star that you know how to behave.
How long does the event last?
It starts at 8 pm and officially ends at around 1 am. You are flexible and can leave earlier. Please don't come too late - otherwise you'll miss the show.
Can I buy several tickets?
Yes, this is possible. You can repeat the process for the desired number of tickets. Please note that you must enter the name of each participant - this will be checked at the entrance.
