In a long-forgotten library, the day has arrived for the great ritual—the summoning of the Great Old One. The cultist recites the incantation, and a tentacle of Cthulhu appears. She allows herself to be completely filled by her god… First, she takes the tentacle into her mouth until she gags—and then she begins to insert the slimy, long thing into her anus. The ecstasy is real. When the tentacle is finally almost completely inside her, the final sacrifice comes: the semen. After the ejaculation, the cultist collapses, exhausted—the ritual is complete!
