On my way to Bulgaria, in Hungary, just before the Romanian border, my little bladder was so full that I had no choice but to empty it as quickly as possible ;) I couldn't have cared less that there was a full car next to me at that moment, because otherwise it would have been too late and the lovely golden liquid would have ended up in my panties :) And since it was quite chilly at that time of day, the stream was really steamy!!!
